Max water and power of $250 / month (that's more than 2x average). The roof deck is SHARED, and all noises from the deck can be heard on the street below, even conversations! So be courteous to our neighbors, and no loud noises while on the roof deck. This is a fully furnished rental. If you break it, lose it, or it's just not here when you leave, you replace it with same item. If I replace it, there's also a $20 processing fee. Comfortable for 2 people Any additional person staying more than 3 days needs to be cleared with the landlord.
