Gas range with 4 burners and a griddle - great for pancakes & tortillas Landlord pays water bill Tenant responsible for all other utilities - City of Austin, Gas & internet/cable. City of Austin (electric, trash) + Gas is around $125 per month Google fiber is available in our area. The carport is between the two units so there are no shared walls. Location Details: 1 block away from Battlebend Park which has a playground & basketball court. Walking distance to Bus lines 801, 1, 466, slightly farther walk to South Congress Transit Center, The Yard, St Elmo Brewing. Easy bike ride to St Edward's University, and South Congress shopping strip. 20 minute drive to downtown on surface streets. A great established neighborhood great for walking around. Pets: Dogs encouraged! Cats: indoor only, as there are coyotes and hawks in the area. We live on a drainage creek that connects to Williamson Creek about few hundred yards from the property. We do not charge a pet deposit or pet rent. Property maintenance: We've replaced the flooring in 2014, sewage line in 2017, the roof in 2019, kitchen appliances in 2020, and the fence in 2024. Landlord responsible for preventative pest control. Tenant is responsible for watering private backyard area, as desired. Mowing can be done by tenant or landlord. As neighbors we are friendly but not overly chatty. One of us works from home, the other works hybrid. We have two medium sized dogs. $1700 per month with $1000 security deposit. Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for gas and electric - bills average $125 per month, depending on heat/cooling usage. Gardening allowed. Yard tools are stored in the carport and you are welcome to use what we have. Tenant responsible for mowing and edging their private yard. Owner will mow shared front yard. Washer and dryer provided. 12-24 month lease available.
