Appliances in the kitchen include a Bosch dishwasher, refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser, microwave, air fryer, and a powerful gas range with convection oven. The second floor has two bedrooms (queen beds), both with en suite bathrooms, and a smaller third bedroom that is currently used as an office. One bathroom is accessible from both the hallway and the guest bedroom. All linens are provided. Gas and water are included with rent. Internet and electric will be charged monthly as a passthrough. A new large washer and dryer are located in the hallway bathroom. Closets in the bedrooms are outfitted with Elfa storage systems. All linens are provided. The back deck includes a propane grill, couches, and a large dining table. Address has a Walk Score of 100 out of 100! For public transit, you're less than a block from the U St. Metro station and many nearby bus routes. We are renting the unit fully-furnished, but can be flexible on what furniture is left behind if you have your own. Open to mid-term or long-term stays. No pets and no smoking, please. Water and Gas are provided. Renters are responsible for electric (averages $115/mo. with reasonable usage). High-speed internet is provided for $60/mo. Covered off-street parking is provided at no cost.
