This is a FULLY FURNISHED, recently renovated bright and open basement apartment unit in a lovely mini-farm setting very close to downtown Easley and two minutes from the hospital. Everything you need is already here! Utilities are included, and as a bonus, weekly cleaning is included as well. Owners live in the two stories above the unit. We are very comfortable with term-renters for traveling workers and it's an ideal location to get away from it all, even though everything is mere minutes away. We also occasionally operate as an AirBNB though as we work full-time and run the farm, term-renters work well for us. Since we have dogs, goats and chickens on the property we discourage dogs and cats, though are open to birds and perhaps other pets. Smoking is not permitted inside but is allowed on the patio and if you're interested in gardening or helping with the animals we would welcome that.
