This is a small room attached to the back of our house but has its own private entrance and walkway. No shared spaces. There is no kitchen, we do provide a microwave, mini fridge and kettle. Best for a full time student or someone that does not spend much time at home. We can rent it furnished or unfurnished. We would do a trial 30 day agreement as it being a small space we want to ensure it works for both the tenant and us. We can start with a 30 Day and if it works for both parties we will then sign a 6 month lease.
