In the event of default of one tenant, each and every remaining tenant shall be responsible for payment of the entire amount of rent. 4-bedroom units will be $2600 a month, making it $650 per tenant. 2-bedroom units will be $1370, making it $685 per tenant. We require a full month's rent for security deposit, 1st months rent and completed leases before you can move in. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. After the 4th day of the month there will be a $50 late fee for each tenant for a grand total of $100. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities during the lease. 1 year lease terms beginning August 2026 through July 2027.
