Heat, hot water, and cold water are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electric and cooking gas only. There is 1 parking space included for the lot. One small dog or a cat will be considered. Good credit is a non-negotiable as the tenant must be approved by the Co-op board. There is a $75 application fee and a broker fee. 1 Year lease, one cat or one small dog is acceptable. Broker fee and application fee.
