New homes are under construction nearby, and guests may hear construction in the distance. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. No parties or events are allowed, and the noise level must stay below 80 decibels during all hours. Indoor smoking and the use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited; the designated smoking area is outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Smoking violations or the presence of a smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fee, and any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fees. By booking, you acknowledge that pet(s) or service animals have stayed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM; please refrain from loud music between 8 PM and 8 AM and respect your neighbors by refraining from loud noise or disruptive behavior. Please avoid using the dishwasher or washing machine while not present and dispose of sanitary products in provided bins only, as plumbing issues caused by misuse may incur a fee. The indoor fireplace should not be used at any time. Please turn off the lights when leaving. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. Please maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund. Always report any damage or accidents promptly.
