Tenant is responsible for everyday maintenance responsibilities such as changing worn lightbulbs, batteries in fire alarm detectors, and household cleaning. No modifications can be made to the exterior of the building. No painting or modifications can be made to the interior unless approved by the owner. Christmas lights can be hung on exterior and interior spaces during the holidays. Having an in-house washer/dryer, an enclosed lanai (which has a hanging clothes line), two assigned parking stalls, and excellent storage are great features in this apartment. Looking to secure a lease in 1-year increments, with a full downpayment prior to renter moving in. The apartment will be leased unfurnished (without furniture).
