As soon as we give you the door code, everything is taken care of. Water and Garbage fees are covered. Renter will be responsible for gas and electric. 6 month minimum Lease. Pets are allowed. Let's discuss if you have more than one pet. If our terms don't work for you, let's discuss; we're in the hospitality business, not the landlord business.
