I have two suites available in a house in the heart of the Commercial Drive neighborhood. Between Victoria Drive, and Nanaimo, this is an outstanding neighborhood, just a short walk from Commercial Drive. Available is a one bedroom suite on the main floor, and a one bedroom suite on the top floor. The top floor suite has a great view of the mountains. The main floor suite has a spacious 150 sq. ft. deck south facing south. Both suites have full kitchen including new Bosch dishwashers. the rooms are all good sizes. Their is a laundry room in the basement with free laundry facilities. At present I am renovating and painting both suites, so the pictures are preliminary. The main living room will have a large picture window installed next week adding more light and a great view. Please no dogs, and no smoking inside the house. We are looking for quiet, responsible, reasonable people. We like people to enjoy life, but we would like to discourage loud parties, and behavior that will bother others in the house. Rent for the suites is $2600 for the main floor, and $2400 for the top floor. Heat and electricity will be split 3 ways by the 3 suites in the house.
