Apartment for sublet! I had a mishap with my lease so it renewed for another year despite signing a lease for a new place. Second floor apartment just steps from high street and OSU campus. Great for students (like myself!) Very quiet building - in the year I've lived there I've ran into my neighbors maybe 5 times! One block from high street which means quick access to restaurants, bars, and shops! There is a Kroger within a 5 minute walk. About a 10 minute walk to the Ohio Union and 20 minutes to get to North campus. There is no laundry in the building, however there are a few laundromats just a short drive north on high street. There are also washer and dryer hookups within the unit if you want to provide your own. Central heat with thermostat YOU get to control. No central air, however there is a window unit in the living that you can probably move to the bedroom if you so please! Decent amount of cabinet space in the kitchen. Comes with a refrigerator and gas range/oven. Rent is $800/mo which is not a bad price at all considering location! Only utilities you pay for are electric, gas, internet and cable (who has cable these days anyway ) Parking is directly out back. Lease term is for one year!
