A fully furnished, beautifully renovated structure located on the rear of the Colonial Beach Plaza Bed & Breakfast property provides a spacious and private atmosphere. The Beach Carriage House includes a spiral staircase that leads up to a beautiful loft with a queen size bed. Downstairs is a full bath with an extra-large walk-in shower as well as a comfortable living room with gas fireplace and an equipped kitchenette. There is a queen sized sleep sofa, Roku TVs, and high speed Internet throughout the property. The house will sleep 1 to 2 guests comfortably. Full laundry facility is located behind the house.
Pool is open April through October. Beach is just 150 feet from house. Restaurants, Breweries, Winery, Shops, and Boardwalk are all within a short walking distance.
Owner pays for all utilities which includes electric, water, trash, and Internet. However, excessive use of electric can incur additional charges.
