- French doors in the living area and a wall of windows open onto a rooftop deck featuring a gas grill and rattan patio set with seating for six, all overlooking St.Joseph's Lake Bluff Park, Silver Beach, and North Pier Lighthouse.
Please note that this is a second-floor loft accessible only by stairs. There is plenty of free lot and street parking on the block.
