    This is the ultimate penthouse in Fort Collins. This giant one-bedroom condo has a wrap-around balcony, extra high ceilings, a true chef's kitchen, and fantastic views. It had a $300,000 renovation finished in 2023. The photos do not do this penthouse justice. You will absolutely love your time here. I bought this condo a couple of years ago for $1.2 million dollars. I gutted it, removed one bedroom to make extra living space, and completely rebuilt it. I intended to live here part-time. My lifestyle changed a bit, and I needed a house. I live in Manhattan part-time and had all the furniture shipped here from the finest furniture stores in NYC. The kitchen has a Sub Zero built-in fridge, a separate wine/coffee bar with a wine fridge, an oversized Dacor gas range, a drawer-style microwave, and amazing quartzite countertops. The cabinets are walnut. Everything is brand new. The kitchen opens to an oversized dining and living area with an office space. The ductwork is exposed, lending to the industrial loft feel. There is a Samsung full-sized washer and dryer and solar-powered blackout shades throughout. The gas fireplace is double-sided and heats the large patio and the living room. There is a 75-inch LG TV with an incredible sound system. The network equipment is commercial-grade Ubiquity. There is a whole-house humidifier. The relative humidity is 45% all day, every day. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, king bed, and a six-drawer lowboy dresser. The master bath is a masterpiece. There is a fireplace above the tub, his-and-hers vanities, and a large shower with great water pressure. I had picked all of the tile and every element of the bathroom and the rest of the condo. You can look at every condo in Fort Collins, but you won't find one close to this penthouse. I looked for a year and finally decided to create this space because I couldn't find anything like it. This condo was built as my home with no expense spared. I am looking for someone who will appreciate it and take good care of it. Minimum lease term is 90 days to comply with building requirements.
