There is also a washer and dryer, which is shared with the downstairs tenant. We pay all water/sewer/garbage costs. The place is clean and well taken care of. The house is insulated and has newer double pane windows for maximum heat efficiency. This is the upper unit.
We are offering this place as a GOOD DEAL to find a GOOD TENANT. This means:
#1) You must make $3600/month in documented household income after taxes;
#2) No evictions on your record.
#3) Stable job history (2+ years) and decent credit with score of 700+.
#4) Police record on application must be okay with owner and match screening results.
#5) Upon receipt of a $1195 holding fee, we then take the house off the market. 1st month's rent of $1095 would be due prior to moving in. We can discuss deposit terms in person.
Sorry, but NO PETS, and no smoking inside the dwelling. No exceptions. We have had way too many bad experiences so please don't be that person who asks anyway.
