We recently took over management of the Honeywell Apartments and are in the process of renovating all the units. Apartment #26 features new stainless steel fridge, stainless steel stove, new vinyl plank, and refinished hardwood floors. All new cabinets and fixtures throughout. Monthly rent is $700 per month which includes gas heat, water, sewer, garbage, mowing, and snow plowing. Tenant pays electric. The standard security deposit is $800, but may very depending on screening results. There is a storage unit for each apartment in the basement along with washer/dryer hook ups. You can bring your own units or you can rent them for $75/month. Cats are allowed with monthly pet fee of $25 per month per approved pet and additional deposits may be required. $50 Rental application and credit check required for each applicant over 18.
