Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom units feature an attached 2 car garage, full range of kitchen appliances (electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) along with other amenities such as a washer and dryer in-unit, and excellent sized walk-in closets. Lower units have a patio space and upper units have a balcony. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the main bathroom features a bathtub.
Heat, water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. Tenant will pay electric. Tenants are responsible for snow clearing of the sidewalks/walkways. Landlord handles lawn care and snow clearing of the driveways.
Two vehicles can be parked in the garage, with an additional pair of spots available directly infront of garage.
Pets: Up to 2 allowed. $40 for 1 and $80 for 2 per month.
Plus, a one-time $250 animal fee (non-refundable) per unit due upfront. Breed Restrictions for dogs include: Akitas, Chows, Canary Mastiff, Doberman Pinschers, Pitbulls (Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier), Wolf-Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds.
