It is conveniently located (2 miles) to route 422 and the local Wawa. All serious applicants wishing to go forward with a lease will be subject to a background check costing around $75.00. If the review is approved the fee will be deducted from the first month's rent.

There are two assigned parking spaces.
The $1,000 move in fee is 100% refundable only on the third month of the second-year lease. We are not looking for those interested in renting for one year. Changing over after one-year results in costly change over costs absorbed by landlord. Also, the move in fee can be paid in four payments of $250 during the first four months of the lease. We are not dodgy private equity or big corporate entities. As landlords we have a proven history of professional, attentive, and responsive attention to all maintenance needs.
Showings will not take place until July 25, 2025. All financially strong (minimum 680 credit score and rent to income ratio of 1:3) strong applicants are advised to make contact as soon as possible if you have serious interest. Note: we would like to keep occupancy at below five.
The move in fee of $1,000 is refundable only on the third month of the second year lease. Electric plug in or gas heaters are not allowed as they present fire hazards. All HOA regulations required signed agreement and adherence.
