It is conveniently located (2 miles) to route 422 and the local Wawa. All serious applicants wishing to go forward with a lease will be subject to a background check costing around $75.00. If the review is approved the fee will be deducted from the first month's rent. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT VOUCHERS. There are two assigned parking spaces. The $1,000 move in fee is 100% refundable only on the third month of the second-year lease. We are not looking for those interested in renting for one year.
