iRentPDX screens applications in the order that they are received. The apartment is reserved by the first qualified applicant who pays the reservation deposit of $500.00. Once that reservation deposit is paid and the lease is signed or reservation deposit agreement is signed then the listing will no longer be available for applications. The reservation deposit is then applied to the first months rent or deposit. This is not refundable.
