We will not schedule a viewing until we have discussed with applicants. A one year's lease is offered. Qualified applicants must have a strong, verifiable 2 years of rental history, renting from someone other than family and friends. Net household monthly income should equal $4,425/month. Monthly rent is $1,475. Security deposit is $1,475. First month's rent and security deposit, $2,950 are due upon lease signing. No smoking and no pets, FIRM. Credit screening results and income, plus credit history, will be considered.
