We extend a warm welcome to your furry family members as well, as we happily embrace a pet-friendly policy. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
Ample street parking is available. The second bedroom is a walk-through from the master bedroom into the second bedroom.
Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking of any kind inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. Remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send the receipt for reimbursement. If it's a charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
