There are quite a few steps to get into the home, and there is no other way to access the property. Please be aware if you have mobility issues. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing, and charges may be pressed. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking or lighting anything is not allowed in this property, and cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair, and there is an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace stained carpets or linens. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs are incurred arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund.
