There's a custom dining banquette, and a big open living area. We designed it for an easy and comfortable live/work experience. The master bedroom is quiet and spacious with its own ensuite bath, perched above the living area. The secondary bedroom is just off the main living area with double-paned windows facing Harrison. The office is lovely light-filled with plenty of room for a big desk, reading nook, filing cabinets and a drop-down Murphy bed for an overnight guest. The half-bath is directly across the hall. There is a stacked in-unit washer and dryer right off the kitchen. And the unit is wired for Monkey Brains high-speed internet service. The custom built-in banquette is a favorite spot to sip a morning coffee, read a book or check email. Also great for a quiet evening dinner. The cosy living area is great for slow weekend morning hangs, afternoon naps and evening chats. The roof deck offers a nice quiet space to get some work done on a warm day.
