Laundry onsite but not in the unit. Small dog friendly with cleanup stations posted outside on lawn beyond the gated door. You must clean up after your dog's waste. Any damage to the property due to dogs or cats being unsupervised will need to be paid in full upon move-out. Please ask before bringing any other pets onto the property. All dogs must be leashed while walking on the public sidewalks or through the complex. You are expected to collect your trash and dispose of it in the dumpster in the parking lot. Never leave trash or debris outside your door or the HOA will cite you with a fee. You are responsible for returning all keys or gate clickers in the same manner that you received them by following important instructions. Please respect quiet hours from 11 pm - 7 am PST. If tenants are found with any illegal drugs, excessive noise complaint investigations conducted by the HOA, or other destructive behavior you may be in default of the lease terms and served with a 30 day eviction notice or otherwise face legal consequences and credit reporting.
