Snowbird Resort is 23 minutes away, Alta Ski Area is 24 minutes away, and Thanksgiving Point is 23 minutes away. The Salt Lake City International Airport is a 34-minute drive, making travel convenient.
The basement has long-term tenants with a dog, and you may hear them, but they do not have access to your unit. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If any issues are encountered during your stay, timely communication is key in getting issues resolved. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife or critter encounters.
