There are exterior cameras for security purposes only, and tampering with them may incur fees. Please take out the trash and place it in the designated bins, and avoid using plastic bags in the recycling bins. If any furniture is moved, please return it to its original place. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. All pool and water attractions, food and beverage areas, and The Lodge are currently closed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis water levels, which may be lower than shown in listing photos.
