Guests staying for three weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee, which is not included in the booking price but will be charged as an add-on. There is also an additional $400 fee for guests wanting to book this property for filming and/or photography, with a location agreement required prior to the shoot date. Conveniently located near downtown Nashville, this home is just a short Uber or Lyft ride away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and attractions the city has to offer. You're no more than 2 miles away from Broadway and only 15 minutes from BNA Airport. The neighborhood is peaceful yet close to all the action, with popular bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in Melrose just a short walk away. Explore 8th Avenue's shops, boutiques, and cafes, or venture into town to discover its vibrant live music scene. This house is located in a semi-residential area and is not suitable for hosting rowdy groups. Disturbing guests will be asked to leave. The property is absolutely not to be used as a place of business or pop-up business of any kind. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged, and any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in a penalty. For security, there are exterior cameras to verify who is entering the home. The maximum occupancy is 12 people, and this cannot be exceeded. Upon booking, you will receive a code for entry, which will activate on your check-in day and deactivate on your check-out day. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
