Tenants share shall be billed monthly together with rent and due by the 5th of every month. *Tenant responsible for a pro rated amount for Gas, Electricity and Water based on number of occupants in both units. *Ex.#1, 1 tenant in lower unit and 1 tenant in upper unit=50% responsibility for each unit. Ex.#2, 1 tenant in lower unit and family of 5 in upper unit=lower unit responsible for 1/5 of utilities. *Trash and Internet services will be split 50/50 per unit regardless of number of tenants. *1 year lease *No smoking inside unit
