There is decent sized side lawn for exercise, play and entertaining. Washer dryer hook ups and storage available in basement. Pets considered on individual basis. Lease is for 12 months, when it expires lease becomes month to month. Tenants pay for gas and electric and share quarterly water/sewer bill. Smoking is not permitted. Refrigerator and gas stove are included. Unit has one off-street parking space in rear. Pets considered on individual basis.(Many larger breeds are not allowed by insurance company). Tenants in upper unit have 2 small dogs presently. Lawn care and snow removal are responsibility of tenants, landlord supplies necessary tools.
