In the summer, balconies and patios are furnished. There is also a common furnished patio in the back, shared with the first floor unit. No parties or pets allowed. Friendly and safe area with so much to do! 2.6 mi to Aurora St Luke's Hospital. 4 mi to Veterans Affairs Hospital. Getting Around: One block from Lincoln bus stop. Two blocks to Kinnikinnick. Uber/Lyft plentiful. Lime scooters seasonally dependent. Utilities are included (water, electric, gas) and there is free wifi. Unit is fully furnished and normally functions as an Airbnb with full supply of linens etc. Guest must rotate bed linens or use their own and will wash their own towels for stays longer than 10 days. Owner will shovel when there is significant snowfall however guest is provided a shovel to use as needed. Consumable supplies provided will be replaced by guest once depleted, such as cleaning supplies, shampoo etc.
