If you are desiring a quiet, safe, private, and centrally located home, then this is the place for you. The neighborhood is full of long-time residents and families. The living room has a view of the bay, and the road is right off of Trinity so you have a beautiful view of the bay when driving home. The unit comes with a dinning room set (shown in photos if the renters wanted to use it), fresh coat of paint (not pictured at this time), solid wood flooring in both bedrooms, and tile floors in the kitchen/hallway. The master bedroom has two closets and the second room has one. The kitchen is highly functional and boasts beautiful quartz countertops with an under-mount sink, rolling island, microwave, toaster, electric range, dimmer switch lighting, and plenty of cabinet space. The unit also comes with on-site laundry, and a parking garage in the alleyway with a remote-controlled door. Perfect for wintertime. The living room is cozy and is equipped with a window AC unit. There is a second unit above the main level, so the approved renters should be respectful and quiet. This is a dog-friendly unit approved by the landlord. Cats are allowed only on case by case basis, must make arrangements with homeowner first. Not section 8 eligible. Snow shoveling and grass cutting will be negotiated. All utilities (including WIFI and trash) are included with the rental price. Willing to do moth-month lease, or 6 month lease as well as one year. There will be a strict policy of respect for the neighbors, and the neighborhood. If there are complaints of unnecessary noise, garbage, or property neglect, this will result in eviction. This is a non-smoking property. There is on-street parking space available as well as the garage parking space. Rent will be due on the first of every month.
