Two off street parking spaces and a great covered patio area make it perfect for guests. There is a nice outdoor area that is totally enclosed if you have dogs. We are asking 1600 a month for rent but we are open to discussing that figure depending on your specific situation. Electricity needs to be paid for by the renter. And obviously Internet is on you as well. We will take care of everything else, water trash, Sewer, etc.. A year lease is preferred, but we are open to other possibilities. Being close to the college we understand that there may be visiting professors who are looking for a short term lease and we can talk about that.
