Close to shopping, dining and entertainment at Station Park and Lagoon. Quick access to West Davis Corridor (20 minutes to SLC) and nearby I-15 entrances. There is a Front Runner station and mass transit nearby at Farmington Station. There are trails within walking distance for recreation, biking and walking. A public park is located across the street with a large field and newly updated playground equipment.
The landlord lives upstairs. No Pets or ESAs. No smoking/vaping. Utilities are paid by landlord. Yard care is provided by landlord with the exception of snow removal beyond the gate entry. Tenant is responsible for their own internet service.
