We are looking for someone with ALL of the following criteria (otherwise please do not apply...) one (1) mature person only (additional charge for 2nd person is $500 per month), grade "A" tenant, must be extremely clean, quiet, mature, respect other's privacy and no pets. We require first and last month's rent plus security deposit, police background check (we will do at our cost), two pieces of photo ID, rental contract (looking for long term tenant of at least one year), references and interview. We are a happy family with two beautiful children. My wife and I are both University educated executives, born and raised in Ontario. We are honest, clean, quiet, respectful, responsible mature, straight-forward, hard working professionals. I have been successfully renting for 32 years and we are happy to continue to do it as long as we like the person we rent to and they are clean, quiet and responsible. Located near Hwy 404 and Aurora Rd (north of Richmond Hill and Markham and a 30-minute drive to Toronto) this is the BEST PLACE TO LIVE and you will not find anything better than this!
