We would love to share our home with you this winter/spring season! Lease from 11-1-25 through 4-30-26. Our home is an antique 19th century home that has been completely renovated. We purchased it for our retirement and are using during the summer season. We furnished it for our own use so everything is upscale. It is suitable for a single or couple. Guests who would care for our place as we would are required. No pets or smoking, please.
The home is on the 1st floor of a 2-family house with a private entrance and off-street parking. We do not rent the upper unit so except for occasional family visits you will be alone in the house.
The home has a completely outfitted kitchen with eating island and all new appliances; Floorplan includes, a bedroom with a Queen bed and the best mattress we could buy. Living room has a large sectional with 2 recliners and a new Hi-Def Smart TV with wireless. A den/study room completes the floorplan. Our home is about 900 square feet, Full bath has washer/dryer and towel warmer. All linens towels etc. are furnished.
The location on High Street near School Street in the village is just perfect! High Street is very quaint with mostly 19th century homes. You will be just steps away from Bearskin Neck, T-Wharf, Shalin Liu and Front Beach.
