This is a six month OR month-to-month lease (with additional monthly premium) and it is also used as a vacation rental during summer season. Please note dates of availability are September 1, 2025 through May 31th, 2026. All utilities will be included in your monthly rent. This is a fully furnished and recently renovated home.
