The studio has a beautiful garden right outside the door with an amazing view of a vineyard behind the house. The home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood in south Talent. There is a short walk into town where there are great restaraunts, cafe's and tasting rooms. Rental is for midterm rental of 30 days or more. I have a friendly adult cat named Lulu. She will probably say hi but does not need to come into your home. Lease duration is at least 30 days. The lease is a month to month lease. There are no utility costs for the renter. I pay for all of them including internet. The rental is non smoking and parking is on the street for free. Tenants are to inform me if there are any maintenance issues right away. The studio is for one person only. There is a cleaning deposit of $150.
