Enjoy the private balcony, ideal for morning coffee or sunset views. Inside, the open-concept living area features comfortable seating and a Smart TV for cozy movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, while the dining area provides plenty of space for gathering together. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Explore the nearby shops, restaurants, and cafes, or take a stroll along scenic walking paths. For outdoor fun, you can visit nearby parks, playgrounds, and recreational areas, or enjoy water activities such as kayaking and paddleboarding. There's plenty to do for both adults and children, making this location ideal for a family-friendly getaway. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. We don't provide beach towels. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No pets are allowed on the property. No smoking in the house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and linens. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Local attractions include The Wharf, Gulf State Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Hangout, CoastAL, Waterville USA, The Factory, Gulf Shores Museum, and Orange Beach Waterfront Park.
