Please note that to access this apartment there is a flight of stairs with 14 steps. Cats and small dogs under 40lbs are welcome ($300 deposit per pet). 2 pets max. No smoking in the home allowed. Renters insurance is required. Maximum occupancy 2. Application Requirement: 1. Income must be 2.5x rent price. 2. Must be able to verify income and employment. 3. Credit score of 640 and up, clean background and criminal record. 4. Prefer move in date as 9/15, or by 10/1/2025. If you move in by September 15th, rent will be prorated to $850 for the month of September. Open Application Period starts Monday, September 8th at 7pm. Applications will be reviewed in order of submission. For applications submitted prior to the "open application period," the city of Portland requires us to add 8 hours to the time stamp of the application as a penalty. Only one application is allowed per person at any time. Owner pays water and garbage bill. Tenant pays all other utilities. Owner pays water and garbage. Renter covers all other fees.
    The City of Portland requires a notice to applicants of the Portland Housing Bureau’s Statement of Applicant Rights. Additionally, Portland requires a notice to applicants relating to a Tenant’s right to request a Modification or Accommodation.
