For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Late check-out is only available based on availability and must be checked on the same day with the housekeeper. If a late check-out is not available, guests are requested to free the unit by the specified check-out time. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
