Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area for meals. The fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the living room includes appliances such as a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge/freezer, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee. Known for its tree-lined streets, unique architecture, and bustling arts and dining scene, Logan Square offers a diverse cultural experience. Just steps from your apartment, you'll find trendy cafes, craft breweries, and farm-to-table restaurants. The area also boasts several independent boutiques and vintage shops. For outdoor enthusiasts, Logan Square is home to beautiful parks like Logan Boulevard and Palmer Square Park. The California Blue Line 'L' Station is a short walk away, offering direct access to downtown Chicago in less than 20 minutes. Street noise is common due to the proximity to the train station, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. The apartment is located one flight up with no elevator. A late check-in fee of $75 applies for arrivals after 9 PM and $100 after midnight. No pets are allowed. Check-out time is before 11 AM, and a late check-out fee of $100 applies if approved. Each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in for safety and security. The furniture and decoration may vary from the photos online as they are periodically updated. Utilities are not included in monthly rentals and cost $300 per month, increasing to $350 between June 1st and October 1st. A flat LCD TV is available for your entertainment, allowing access to your own streaming channels using individual credentials. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
