The Property is on Beechmont Avenue. with easy bus service (#24 and #30). The bus stop is on the edge of the property. Small animals will be considered, but with strict guidelines. This is with additional animal application and upon acceptance additional animal security deposit. $1150 per month, plus $1150 security deposit. So a minimum move in cost of $2300 for qualified applicants. The maximum occupancy at this property is 2 people per bedroom, so 4 people for this unit. This is a 12 month lease and then month-to-month after. All adults over 18 apply separately. A copy of your Photo ID and 2 pay-stubs (or other income proof) required. A paper application filled out entirely, is required. We do not accept the Zillow application, You must apply using our application. You must pass a required background screening, which is handled through email. So each adult must have a separate email address to process the background screening. A $25 to $30 fee is charged for a credit/background screening, per applicant. General income guidelines for acceptance to this unit, is 3 times rent for income (so a minimum gross income of $3450 per month). An Eviction history and some criminal histories, may be a cause for denial. However, applications will be evaluated in their entirety, and the whole application will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 12 Month Lease, then month-to-month.
