You'll have everything you need for a comfortable extended stay in the heart of STL. THE SPACE The apartment is located in a four unit apartment building. A Life Aquatic is located on the second floor. A staircase in the back of the building takes you to the door. When you walk into the apartment, you can travel upstairs to the master bedroom which has a king bed, full bathroom, and walk-in closet. If you stay downstairs, you'll find the living room and full kitchen. The living room has seating for four guests, a 55" TV and record player for your entertainment. There is a small pedestal table perfect for a sit-down meal for two or setting up your laptop to work. HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD This apartment is located in the Historic Soulard Neighborhood which is known for it's unique, brick-centric architecture. While centrally located, the street is generally very quiet. WALKABLE There are so many great bars and restaurants located within walking distance of the apartment. McGurks, Cafe Miami, and Mission Taco are our favs!! You can walk to the Soulards Farmers Market or take a stroll through Pontiac Square Park. Fully furnished. Utilities included (+ Wifi).
