The home is close to the beach, breweries, grocery stores, and restaurants. It is situated right on the golf course, so be wary of stray golf balls. Getting around is easy by car, with rideshare options and public transportation available. The backyard is completely enclosed, but it is directly next to the fairway, so golf balls may enter the yard. Be alert when outside. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. One pet under 25lbs is allowed, and pet waste must be picked up from the backyard. Waste bags are provided, and pets should not be on furniture. If damage is incurred from your pet, an additional fee will be charged. There is a keypad at the front door for keyless entry, with the code provided 72 hours before arrival and changed after every guest.
