Background Check: A clean background is required.
Security Deposit: Equivalent to one month's rent.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for Georgia Power and water (no gas service available).
Availability & Processing Time: The unit is available for immediate move-in, with a standard application processing time of 3 5 business days.
