Management
The owner took the time to communicate what he wanted from me as a tenant, personally showed me around the property, and made an effort to fill me in on information that I needed to know. Since they know the area, I was able to get information that I otherwise wouldn’t have had as well! Certainly the most comfortable I’ve felt while touring and applying. Also, our correspondence has been very timely, which is very important as we are both dealing with a time-sensitive period in this process!
