We offer well-appointed and economical one bedroom, one bath apartments perfect for commuters. The apartments are located close to Highline College, I-5, 167, Southcenter, Light Rail, Saltwater State Park, The Marina, and bus lines. They are also close to shopping and services. These apartments are very well maintained. Some apartments have a view of Mount Rainier.
Multiple laundry service options are available in every direction, but no services on-site.
We provide reserved parking at no charge for one car.
This is a 100% non-smoking property. There is no smoking or vaping inside or outside of the units. We will require applicants to have approximately $4000 per month of stable and verifiable income, no more than 1 car, excellent rental history (verifiable over the last 12 months), and very good credit. We are offering a one year lease. Rent is $1225. W/S/G for one person is $100 per person per month. Deposit is $800. Admin fee $200. Credit and background check required. Applications through Zillow. No reusable reports please. No co-signers please. Renters insurance is required.
No dogs please. The small size of the units and the exterior simply cannot accommodate them. One cat is permitted ($350 pet fee plus $35 pet rent per month).
TENANT SELECTION POLICY
Thank you for your interest in our rental property. Your screening will entail public and business record reviews and consultations to include the following:
WE REQUIRE VERY GOOD CREDIT: You will be screened for civil judgments, collections, bankruptcy, foreclosures, negative credit, and lack of credit.
COURT RECORDS: We will perform an individualized assessment and will look for any history that may negatively affect tenancy, such as charges brought against you for drugs, sex offense, theft, robbery, assault, warrants, fraud, evictions, etc.
WE REQUIRE VERY GOOD RENTAL HISTORY FOR LAST 12 MONTHS and beyond.
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVE ADEQUATE INCOME TO PAY RENT-EARNINGS NEED TO BE 3 OR MORE TIMES RENTAL AMOUNT WITHOUT EXCESSIVE DEBT. Screening will also be reviewed for false information, omission, or lack of information.
RENTERS INSURANCE WILL BE REQUIRED: $100,000 policy.
