Trash and water are included in the rent amount. Sanctuary at Shasta offers residents a 24hr gym that has a beautiful view of the El Paso city! We also have a pool and jacuzzi that residents have year-round access to. Along with the gym is a clubhouse with a pool table, full kitchen and lounge area. Resident have access M-F and can rent the clubhouse after hours for private events! Additionally, we have a private walking trail specifically for our residents that wraps around our property!
