It is located on the west side of Colorado Springs near shopping, bus stop, hiking/biking trails, Hwy. 24, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Perfect location for all outdoor activities. This complex has 16 total units, 10 apartments, 4 cottages and this duplex. Many of our tenants have been here 5 years plus. Owners live a mile off-site, but meticulously manage and maintain complex.
