This complex has 16 total units, 10 apartments, 4 cottages and this duplex. Many of our tenants have been here 5 years plus. This unit has not been available for years, so no photos just now. Owners live a mile off-site, but meticulously manage and maintain complex.
Unfurnished 1 bedroom duplex. Owner pays for water and trash haul, tenant pays for gas, electric and wifi if desired. Owner provides landscape maintenance and snow removal in driveway.
